Terms & Conditions
Effective: 21 August 2026. Owner approved for production release on 21 August 2026.
These terms govern use of Noverron Health, a subscription clinical-nutrition platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By creating or using an account, the user agrees to use the service lawfully and within the permissions and plan entitlements assigned to the account.
Accounts and authentication
Google is the primary user authentication method. Users are responsible for keeping their Google account and devices secure and for ensuring that information supplied during registration is accurate. Access may be restricted when an account, user, client, subscription, payment, or entitlement state is inactive, expired, suspended, disabled, or otherwise ineligible.
Plans, demo and seats
Family, Individual Professional, and Corporate plans have different capabilities. The demo period is 48 hours and is enforced by the server. Corporate access is limited to the purchased seat entitlement. Features available to a user may depend on the active plan and role.
Payment and activation
For the current manual bKash workflow, submitting a transaction reference does not itself activate paid access. Paid activation occurs only after authorized administrative review and approval. Duplicate, invalid, unverifiable, or mismatched submissions may be rejected.
Clinical use
Noverron Health supports clinical-nutrition calculations, planning and documentation workflows. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, verifying patient-specific information, and complying with applicable professional standards. Family-plan outputs are restricted for non-professional use as defined by the product entitlement rules.
Patient and organizational data
Users and organizations must have appropriate authority to enter, access, export, restore, or otherwise process patient or organizational information. Users must not attempt to access another client's data, bypass permissions, manipulate entitlements, or misuse administrative or technical interfaces.
Backups and restore
The Main App uses CSV-based backup/export workflows. Restore operations may replace current tenant-scoped clinical data after validation and explicit confirmation. Users should retain appropriate backups before destructive restore or migration operations.
Acceptable use
Users must not use the service to violate law, compromise security, upload malicious content, probe unauthorized resources, interfere with availability, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent payment information.
Availability and changes
Noverron may perform maintenance, security updates, bug fixes and legally required changes. Features may be unavailable temporarily. Material commercial or policy changes should follow the applicable notice and approval process rather than being changed silently.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or disabled for security risk, abuse, non-payment, expired entitlement, legal requirement, or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the user may contact Support regarding account status.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as a software platform and does not replace professional responsibility or emergency medical care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability limitations and any mandatory consumer rights should be interpreted under Bangladesh law.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
